Chula Vista is located in the South Bay region of San Diego County. It is the second largest city in the San Diego metropolitan area with a population of nearly 250,000. Chula Vista has more than 50 square miles of coastal landscape, mountains and a variety of quality infrastructure. The city is located just 7.5 mile from downtown San Diego and only 7.5 miles from the Mexican border as well. Chula Vista is also home to the only warm-weather Olympic Training Center.

From touring the Olympic training center to the 32-acre SeaWorld Aquatica, there is plenty of outdoor fun to be enjoyed in Chula Vista.
When it comes to dining and shopping, one will not be disappointing while in Chula Vista. The city offers two major malls and a historic downtown district. The Chula Vista center located downtown offers major retailers, some fine dining and movie theaters. There is also the Otay Ranch Town Center with outdoor shopping, dining and entertainment.
